Shipping Policy

Please enter your full address and make sure that there are no mistakes when placing orders. If you reside in an apartment, you will have to provide the apartment number. Any insufficient addresses fall on the responsibility of the customer and not Major Blingz. If you notice that you've entered the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us ASAP and BEFORE your shipping label gets created. (We usually create shipping labels the day after an order is placed)


However, if a shipping label with an insufficient address gets created and sent to the USPS, you will need to pay for another shipping label. This purchase can be done here. Proceed with the checkout process as normal. Once we receive your payment and the original shipment has been sent back to us, we will put the new shipping label on the package and dispatch it.

*Keep in mind that purchasing a new shipping label will be your ONLY option in receiving your order because we do not issue refunds.

Also, please note that if we do not receive the package back from our carrier, you will not receive another package containing your order. This usually happens when a customer mistakenly enters a sufficient address that they do not reside in during checkout. If you find yourself in a situation where your package was shipped to another residency, that issue now lies upon you and the residents that have your package. 


International Orders: Customers can either choose to include a tracking number for an extra $6 USD or place an order without tracking and save $6 USD. However, it is recommended for customers to purchase shipments with tracking because they tend to deliver faster. Also, customers will then have access to see the location of their package whenever they please to anticipate arrival. 

To find out the countries we deliver to, you will first have to add an item to your shopping cart and proceed with the first steps of the checkout process. When asked for your shipment details, select the underlined link of the location provided in order to change it to the country you reside in.
